To respect both your time and mine, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client.
- Cancelations or reschedules made with 24+ hours’ notice will not incur any fees, and your session can be rescheduled at no extra charge.
- Cancelations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the session cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss options.
